Proactive Solutions endeavours to stock sufficient quantities of all products offered on our web site. In case of shortage we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the delay for delivery. You will then have a choice of cancelling the order. In cases where payment was effected with a credit card, a credit to your account will be applied within 24 hours.

Price policy

The prices listed in our web site are the prices for internet sales. Applicable sales taxes will be charged on these prices including, if applicable, on delivery charges.

Proactive Solutions will respect prices on confirmed sales, however these prices are subject to revision according to our costs on future transactions.

Some customers may prevail themselves of discounts where arrangements have been made in advance.

Delivery service costs

Proactive Solutions delivers its products through parcel delivery companies. Delivery is typically within the next working day if we receive the order before noon, however may take longer in some instances. Please contact us when in doubt. Proactive Solutions is not responsible for delays in delivery.

Payment

Payment for products and services may be effected online by credit card or by invoicing where credit terms have been agreed upon.

Return and reimbursement policy

Proactive Solutions will replace, free of charge, any defective part when advised within 10 days of day of shipping. We normally require that the defective part be sent back to us however are open to proof of defectiveness submitted by e-mail. The shipping costs of returning defective parts are not covered by our warranty. A replacement part can be shipped totally free of charge or a credit applied to your account, according to your preference.

All parts can be returned within a three-months delay, however restocking charges of 20% will be applied to your credit if parts are returned after 10 days.
